This control is achieved through Vertical Integration, ensuring that Black men hold authority over every stage of the supply chain. By controlling the Supply Chain, the Empire eliminates dependencies and maximizes efficiency, allowing Black-owned enterprises to operate seamlessly within their own economy.

Moreover, the Empire exerts influence over Monetary Policies and the Money Supply, giving Black men the tools to shape economic outcomes. This level of control ensures that wealth is not only created but also preserved, circulating within the community to generate long-term financial independence.

However, the Empire retains ownership of the homes, unlike traditional homeownership models. Each home comes with a Modified Endowment Account (MEA) attached to the lease, which provides a unique financial advantage to tenants.

This innovative program aligns with the Empire’s broader goal of economic empowerment, ensuring that tenants not only have a place to live but are actively building wealth over time.

MBPs operate within a collective network with a guaranteed customer base, removing the need for marketing, ensuring stable revenue streams, and eliminating competition. 

MBPs manage three projects per year, earning 15% of install costs, 5% cash flow participation, and 10% equity, with potential annual earnings exceeding $200,000.
