The LCEF evaluates a comprehensive range of attributes, including personality traits, cognitive approaches, intelligence, and ideological alignment. Each factor is crucial to determining who possesses the fortitude, vision, and strategic insight to lead effectively and ensure enduring progress. Only by selecting Black men with the highest leadership potential can the Alpharian Empire secure its mission of economic empowerment and lasting societal change.

Each component is rated on a scale from 1 to 10. For negative thinking patterns, the score is inverted (a lower score indicates fewer negative patterns, thus more effective leadership).
